All digital items are fulfilled right away unless they are a preorder.
If your order contains an item that is made to order, the production time is typically 5-7 business days.
If your order contains a preorder item, it will ship on or near the date listed in the description.
All other warehouse items have a pick and pack time of 3-5 days. Keep in mind that these times can increase during busy times such as holidays or preorder release days.
Once your item has been made and or packed, It will be dispatched via the selected shipping service.
Selecting overnight shipping doesn't mean your product will be there the next day. That means after the average production and handling time, your order will arrive the next business day ONCE it has been accepted by the postal service as they offer the overnight service.
Once your order ships, you will receive a dynamic email with your order so you can check its status.
You can check the progress of your order by logging into your account or via the tracking number.
Check your inbox and spam folder for any order status updates from the store that may be due to manufacturing delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The window to cancel/edit an order with made-to-order products is 24 hrs from the time the order was placed. After this, it enters production and can not be stopped.
If your order only contains warehoused items you can cancel/edit your order up to 48 hrs before it ships. Just contact us.
Please send us the updated address, products or other info that needs to be changed.
For domestic orders, we usually see delivery within 10-15 days from the time the order was placed. However, while it is inconvenient, It is not uncommon for packages to stay at a sorting facility for 10+ days, and longer for international packages.
If your package has a status of "awaiting acceptance" this means it is awaiting pickup from the postal service or has missed the first scan. Please contact us if the status does not change within a week of dispatch.
We can officially declare your package lost 30 days after its last scan and 45 days for international.
From there we can process a shipping claim if you have shipping protection or figure out what we can do to make the situation right.
We see 99.9% of all the packages make it to delivery... Just some take a bit more time.
International shipping can vary wildly by location. They can take as little as 10 days for large populated metropolises or 45+ days in more remote countries.
We see most delays at Customs. Be on the lookout for Customs notifications. You will need to pay the import Tax your government set for collection. (Except for UK customers. That is collected at checkout)
Failure to pay these will result in a "return to sender" and your package will be sent back to where it came from. If you would like us to send it again we will have to charge you to ship it again. As per our refund policy shipping is not refundable for items that have been shipped.
Sometimes the postal service will mark things delivered and they will show up a couple of days later. In the meantime, check with the people you live with and any neighbors if you want. If it is not there in a couple of days, please contact the post office for more information. If you are still having issues contact us.
All the details about your VIP are in the VIP product's description. This includes the items you will receive and other general details.
For most VIPs, you will receive all your items on the day of the event. In some cases, a shirt may be sent in advance.
Details about when and where to be will be sent the day of, or the day before the show. This is due to every venue having a different layout and the VIP team coordinating with the venue for that information.
Should your VIP take place before the show, be prepared to be at the venue as early as 2 pm for an evening show.
